Established in 2001 LDR Squared have shown their competence in the North East marketplace working with large and small companies.

LDR Squared was established by Managing Director Brian Smith OBE. Brian has a proven track record in cultural change within the business and education environment. The OBE honour was bestowed on Brian "For Services to Education and Training" recognising his work in developing a learning culture, while in the role of Chief Executive of a manufacturing business.

We have experience in operating in complex and dynamic business environments, where organisations face the challenges of global competition and cultural or technological change. Through this experience and our own understanding we have been able to produce our own business model for achieving results through competent people and capable processes.
