Brian Smith OBE FCMI

Brian has a proven track record in cultural change within the Private and Public sector. The OBE honour was bestowed on Brian "For Services to Education and Training" recognising his work in developing a learning culture within the manufacturing sector while CEO of a Taiwanese Inward Investor.

He is a Fellow of the University of Sunderland and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He is a member of the Institute of Learning, holds an MCI Management Diploma and Level 5 in Management, NVQ5 in Strategic Human Resource Management, Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching Level 7, Internal Verifier V1 and Assessor A1.

Brian established LDR Squared in 2001 to develop programmes that would both improve the competitiveness of organisations and enhance the employability of the people who work for them. “I was looking to build upon my experiences working in a highly competitive global market place to develop customised solutions for organisations of all sizes.”
