Room Hire:
Half day: £95.00 (Includes room hire, OHP, Flipchart and pens.)
Full day: £150.00 (Includes room hire, OHP, Flipchart, and pens.)
Food and refreshment
Hot drinks: Tea, coffee and biscuits - £1.00 per cup, per person.
Cold drinks: Various available - £0.75 per can
Food: Buffet Lunch - £5.50 per delegate
Extras
The use of a PowerPoint Projector can be arranged at a cost of £15 per half day.
Please Note
- Only food purchased via LDR² may be consumed on the premises, without prior arrangements with the management.
- A deposit equal to the cost of any food ordered will be required at time of booking.
- Cold drinks are available from our cooler, held within the Conference Centre, and are charged at 75p each. Stocks are checked at the end of each event and the organiser invoiced accordingly.
- An invoice will be sent to you shortly after your event. Payment terms are ten days from receipt of invoice. Any checks to be made payable to LDR2 Ltd.
- All pricing is subject to VAT.
- A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied to room hire costs if cancelled within 10 days of your event. 100% will be charged if cancelled within 7 days.
