Having Coaches and/or Mentors in the workplace is invaluable. They help develop the abilities and skills of other staff, and promote greater levels of ability within the organisation.

Retention of skills is important within any organisation. A mentor will pass on their skills and experience to other employee’s so that they can benefit from the knowledge of the mentor, and the organisation can benefit from a retention of the skills.

A coach has the ability to help an employee to develop others to fulfil their potential. By having coaching skills a coach is able to help an individual to develop themselves and improve their skills without necessarily having the skills themselves, instead guiding the individual to the answer themselves.

Coaching and Mentoring skills give people the opportunity to acquire skills, knowledge, experience or support for their development. Through our training, leaders and managers are in a better position to support skills development of your organisation.
