Our approach is to link all delivery to the strategic objective of organisations and the personal learning needs of the people they employ. We view Coaching and Mentoring as an important 'capacity building' activity that facilitates the development of the leadership skills of employees and provides an infrastructure that will support:

          • New entrants into an organisation job role

As an approved centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management we can offer accreditation at Level 3, 5 or 7. The programme is therefore a mix of tutorials, practical coaching activities, work-based assignments and personal tutorial support.
